Babbling

Well, I just wanted to babble because I haven't been on here for a while. Well, Bailey just started crawling and now she goes everywhere. She is also trying to pull herself up. Ed is just a down right booger. He hits people and throws stuff, and we can't keep him out of the fridge.
Well, Tony is so excited for his new job. I am still have mixed emotions. New place and new people and with this being the 6th house we have lived in and the fifth state. I just wanted to shared that with everyone. Okay nothing else to share. Talk to you all later.

Moving to Waxahachie, TX

Okay, so you all already know this but I am going to put it up here anyway. Our family is going to be moving to Texas in August. Tony got a job at Southwestern in the athletic department. He is really excited about it. One of the downfalls of moving there is that he is not going to be making a enough money for me to be a stay at home mom anymore. So, we are going to have to use daycare, which I am not against by any means but it is going to be hard.
We are going to really pray and make sure that it is a good daycare, because it is hard to trust people now a days. I am excite to be moving to a city and where we know people, but I am also scared. I did tell Tony that I really don't want to move again for a long time. So, please pray for us and our move.

GOD is so GOOD

Jen I went to that website that you put on your blog. It was so awesome because I read the verse for the day and it was amazing.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”- Isaiah 41:10
With everything that is going on right now this is what I needed to hear. When it feels like everything is collapsing in, God is always there to get you out. I just wanted to say that God is awesome. Thank you Jen for sharing that website.

Okay I will do the 10 things about me list!

Just like Jen and Brittany I dread doing this. I am actually getting nervous just thinking about what I am going to write.

1) My biggest thing is I am a huge fan of FRIENDS. There are very few people who have watched it as much as I have. My husband and I have the DVD collection. Plus the Scene It FRIENDS edition and some other games.

2) I also love Crime shows and Reality TV those are my two biggest things I like to watch. I love all the CSI's, Law and Order and Law Order SVU, Crossing Jordan and many others. I love the Amazing Race I actually get so excited when it is coming on and get so nervous for the contestants. There are many others but that could take all day.

3) I love to read Karen Kingsbury books, once I start I have to keep reading until I am done otherwise it drives me crazy. I usually pre-order her books espcially the ones in the series. It drives me crazy waiting for the next one to come out.

4) I love to stay up late just talking to my husband like we did when were first married.

5) I love to bake and cook. I am always finding new recipes and trying them. Some turn out and some don't.

6) I am a really quiet person until you get to know me. I tend to be to trusting of people and usually end up getting hurt. But when you mess with my family or friends I can be one mad red head.

7) I cry a lot, I am a very sensitive person. When I am happy or sad or mad I cry. I hate good byes, because it never fails that I am going to start the train reaction of everyone crying.

8) I really miss playing volleyball and basketball. I don't know if I could even jump and move like I used to. After having two kids things just aren't the same.

9) I am looking forward to the day when God calls us over to the Mission field. I am always praying and waiting for that day. But some things gotta happen and go away before that happens. One thing is I got to get rid of the school loans.

10) Camping and fishing and being outdoors is one of my favorite things. We did that for our honeymoon and it was so much fun. Here in AZ it is to dang hot to do anything. I am sure Jen knows with the humidity in IA.

Okay, I did and I agree it was hard. I have nobody to tag so sorry if I ended it here.

Blessed Day!!

Today was so amazing that I am going to share. I haven't been to church in almost 3 months due to summer camps, emergency room visits and kids getting sick. But today we were able to make it to church. I feel like a totally new person. I was getting so lippy with people and inpatient, but after today I feel so rejuved.
Our church is this really little church, but it is on fire for the Lord and feeled with the Holy Spirit. All through worship I couldn't stop crying, I absolutely loved it and I just want to say that the Lord is awesome. With everything that is going on around here with the new Captain and the Salvation Army itself, I was getting so bitter and such a bad attitude. So, I just wanted to say that God has everything under control and He is going to take care of our family.
I love you guys and want to thank you for all your prayers we have needed them!!!

Road Trip

I thought I would share some of our photos from our road trip to WA. The road trip part wasn't much fun, but when we got there and seeing everyone was awesome. I got to spend time with family and I also was able to break away and see some friends who are almost like family (Eric and Brittany) and (Erika).

I will say this much I don't know when or if I will be doing a road trip with a toddler and a infant any time soon. The trip up there was fine, but the trip back down was not so much. On the way back down both kids were sick with colds. Which made for a long trip with two not so happy kids. Then to top things off my mom decides to take one of her short cuts, which is a two lane highway thru Nevada. So, there were few and far between stops to let the kids out and stretch. But overall we had a good time, but we were glad to be home. Now in August we are going to fly to Washington for a week. We found a steal of deal on plane tickets. WAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Venting

I don't know if any of you know much about the Salvation Army, but every four to five years they do a rotation where they get moved to a different job or state all together. Well, this year was a rotation year and we got a new Captain or Camp Pastor basically. Well, this guy is down right horrible. He goes behind Tony's back all the time and then Tony finds things out from different people.
Well, anyway Shawn and Sheree Daniel are working here this summer which has been a huge blessing. They are people that we can confide in Spiritually and Personally. Well, with all the stuff that has been going on with the new Captain things have gone from worse to absolutely horrible. Tony is so stressed out all the time, so please pray for us. Tonight I was so mad at something Captain said that I just cried and vented on my mom. Thank God for mothers. But you all know that I am a crier when I get mad, but at least hopefully I won't go off on the Captaion, but I have no respect what so ever for the man.
Okay, sorry I had to get that off my chest so I am sorry if it bummed you all out. Eric I know you hear all this from him all the time. So, Britt, I know that you have probably heard some of it too.

Tony's Doctor Appt.

Well, Tony went to the doctor today and I thought I would let you all know what he said. Tony has a major sinus infection. The medicine that the ER gave him wasn't helping at all, and mixed with the other things he was taking for the headaches was making things worse. They told him that he basically has a big ball of gunk that is sitting up there in his head. When that breaks loose everything is going to feel much better for him. He has some new medication, that is supposedly good stuff. He also has allergies and had a shot for those. So, I just wanted to let you all know. Thanks for your prayers. I was so glad to hear all that and put our minds at ease.

4th of July

Okay, well, we had a good 4th of July. We don't do fireworks because they are illegal here unless you have a permit. Mainly because it is extremely dry down here. But we all wore our Old Navy 5 dollar shirts to show our paitriotism (spelling???). Gotta love the $5 shirts we get them every year.

Here in our small town of Heber they do the fireworks the weekend before, and let me tell you they make it into quite the ordeal. But we are able to sit on our front porch and watch them. But people around here reserve their spots for the show early in the day. It cracks us up. Okay, enough rambling.

Prayer for Tony

Okay I know it has been forever, and I am sorry. For those of you who don't know, Tony has been sick for about 3 weeks. He has had migrains and high fevers and many other symptoms. Well, last Saturday his temperature was 103 and he just didn't look good. So, about 10:00 pm I took him into the ER where they did a bunch of test and pretty much told us stuff we already know.
Well, after 5 hours there they released him with some medicine. We got home at 5:00 am and Bailey woke up at 6:30 am so needless to say we were exhausted. Well, Tony is still not doing very good, so please keep him in your prayers. I am sure it is nothing but those who know me know that I am a worry wart. He goes to our doctor on Tuesday. If you know anything about Arizona, they are in no hurry to do anything. He could be dying and they still wouldn't hurry to fast.
When he sees the doctor and hopefully know more we will let you know. I know that you are people and friends who will pray. I am trying hard not to stress about it and let it eat at me. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
